Brandon K. Smart founded SmartEquity in 2019 with a focus on connecting commercial real estate advice with each client’s business objectives.
Since establishing the firm, he has directed more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions. His work spans investment sales, leasing, strategic advisory, and property management for corporations, financial institutions, investors, and developers.
